Currently, only Canada* is set up for International shipping. All other International shipping is not set up @ this time.
When an order is placed, I will email you back via PayPal invoice with the shipping quote.

I ship via USPS. Shipping time varies depending on location, it usually takes about 2-5 business days in the U.S. & 6-10 days for Canada. For other International orders, please allow up to 2-3 weeks for delivery. I will ship anywhere in the world where USPS delivers.
USPS has raised prices on Jan 2021. Usually to other foreign countries other than Canada, shipping for One Madan pin brush is $16.50. Two Madan brushes will be $25.50. Package over 2 lbs $39.50, over 3 lbs $55.50 & over 4 lbs Priority is $74.75. You can always contact me if you would like to know the shipping price for your order.
*CANADA orders will be additionally invoiced separately for packages over 2 lbs.
TopLinePet is not responsible for lost or damaged International packages. Buyer is responsible for obtaining Insurance if available.
Shipping Estimate for U.S. & Canada orders: can be calculated by inserting your zip code on the PayPal page of your cart.
Shipping Notification & Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notifying you of the shipment and tracking number of your package. You may use this tracking number when you want to find status and estimated delivery time of your package at www.usps.com
Undeliverable packages due to inaccurate information provided by you will incur additional shipping charges for the item to be reshipped to you. We are not held responsible for customer typographical errors or wrong address. So please double check your shipping address w/PayPal if you have moved residence.
CALIFORNIA Residents will be charged 8.75% tax.

Due to the nature of the products (contact with skin from grooming products, tools, clothing, hair clips, etc.) I cannot accept any returns or exchanges. All sales are final.
